Twelve was established in 2007 by Bill Cumming,
Giles Brookes, James Skinner and Andy Smith.
In keeping with our ‘simple’ proposition we
counted up the number of people that we started
the business with and that was that – Twelve.

Collectively we have decades of retail and graphic
design experience having worked across a huge
range of clients across the globe. From Pret to
Harrods and from Virgin to Mothercare we have been
lucky enough to work directly with some of the most
renowned and respected individuals in the business.
During this time we have learnt to adhere to the
simplest of all principles – that the most successful
projects always start and end with the customer.

To ensure that we can deliver against this at every level
of the customer experience, we have a team of twenty
creatives with skill-sets ranging from graphics and
illustration through to interior design and architecture.
