A new format for the DIY and homeware retailer, bringing ideas and inspiration to life instore for customers.
This store in Aylesford, which opened earlier this year, represents a significant step towards creating stronger engagement and interaction with customers. By creating iconic hero departments, the decorating and garden areas bridge the gap between out of town sheds and a more fashionable, stylish high street experience. Communication and technology are used to deliver product stories that engage and empower customers, helping them to create the homes they desire.
