Apostle

Project overview

Apostle is passionate about all things pure and simple. They wanted to sell natural skincare products online. Paul and Emma approached us with nothing more than an idea, so working closely with them, we created the name, the identity, and everything else that surrounds the brand.

Beyond the logotype, we created the supporting strapline which in itself is more than an expression, it is a belief close to the hearts of the owners, Paul and Emma. From this, we developed a classically simple range of stationery to present the brand, the logotype being finished with a clear foil to help establish the premium nature of the products on offer. The next phase was to develop the look and feel for the online shop. As part of this process we felt it was really important for them to have a range of images that they could own – these could then be used to define products and offers. Working closely with a web developer and the client, we designed the site to ensure it was not only engaging and helpful to the customer, but easy to manage and update by Apostle. We also looked at packaging designs for own-brand products, along with concepts for a physical shop on the high street.
