As part of a significant heritage development, Australian large format general merchandiser Big W was offered a floor in Sydney’s iconic Town Hall building, located in the city’s Central Business District.

In-store communications

Big W asked Twelve to provide a communications strategy and new creative to inspire customers and help them navigate around a series of complex journeys over several floors, whilst simultaneously communicating an unfamiliar tailored product offer, specific to the Town Hall demographic.
