In this new format store, Dans product offer has been curated by its customers through on-line ratings, top selling lines and new & trending products. Customers in the store can experience real time product ratings on the digital shelf labels.

Working with the Dans team, and in tandem with the creative work we were undertaking for the much larger Hawthorn East site, we set to work applying the same conceptual thinking for this smaller format. The result has been a more compact, but still rich and inspiring customer experience overlaid with a bespoke ranging proposition.

Digital shelf edge tickets throughout the store allow prices to be adjusted instantly from a central hub. Additionally, every ticket features a customer rating which is changes daily in response to customers purchasing habits.
