We were briefed by McKesson Europe to build on the success of their EPN store concept by developing new solutions for their windows and in store communications for several pilot stores in Sweden and Norway. The concept involved the design of a modular kit of parts that could be tailored specifically to each store format, regardless of location or architecture. Communications were then integrated into the physical displays, giving each store the flexibility to introduce digital screens, light boxes or posters, or a combination to communicate the breadth of their offers.

In parallel, the existing brand assets were developed and refined to create a simpler, more emotive feel which had a more immediate connection with customers. Lifestyle photography was introduced, along with a more coherent set of service icons which were brought to life through animation. The result is a more engaging brand experience for customers.
