We partnered with an advertising agency to redefine Nuffield’s brand proposition following the acquisition of another chain of health centres. The ad agency established a new tone of voice and this ‘attitude’ was then rolled out across all of the companies literature, from health assessment forms to membership packs and advertising campaigns. The identity itself remained untouched but all associated brand assets were developed to reflect the new proposition.
