Our brief was to create an inspiring and engaging portable event to help colleagues receive training on how to provide improved customer service, building on an existing initiative they had in place. Using a university theme as the narrative allowed us to create a fresh new brand and visual language that worked across all touch points, helping to lose the corporate legacy in favour of a more interactive and memorable experience.
