Woolworths Metro
Park Sydney

The Metro store at Park Sydney is the latest concept for Woolworths convenience format and builds on the original blueprint created by Twelve.

The proposition and layout is based on shopping missions and meal occasions with solutions provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner. These include curry and sushi bars, fresh pasta, a pizza oven and an ‘entertaining zone’ with anti-pasti and deli platters. Local suppliers also feature with doughnuts, vegan sweets and an artisan bakery run by The Bread & Butter Project – which invests 100% of its profits into training refugees how to bake.

The store design is vibrant and uplifting with bold, characterful signage and a contemporary materials palette to ensure the offer is easy to navigate – but also rewarding and inspiring for every customer, whatever the time of day.
