BreadBox
Project overview
‘Satisfyingly simple’ is the end-line for a new brand created for SSP in 2010. A singular offer that concentrates on an edited range of filled rolls, pastries and tea, BreadBox first opened at Manchester Piccadilly Station and has subsequently opened in other major rail hubs.
The offer and character for this kiosk brand was driven by the need for delivering simple, tasty food as quickly as possible. It was also important to communicate good value through honest pricing and the unique range plan is rounded up into and bands to underpin this. The ‘cup of tea for a pound’ has been a great success and will continue to be the hero product that BreadBox centres its offer around. Twelve created the name, identity and all of the applied branding including the design of the unit itself.
